    1 serving Eggplant Pizza Crust (one 6-7" crust - follow recipe)
    1/4 cup Prego Marinara sauce
    5 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1-2 thin slices of onion
    thin sliced green/yellow peppers (approx. 10)
    2 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    1 fresh basil leaf cut into strips
    2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
