Ingredients

    8.0 oz Pork Ribs, country style
    0.25 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    4.0 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas
    2.0 tsp Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix

Directions

Saute onions & pepper strips. Add meat, about 1 cup water & fajita spices. Let simmer until most liquid is gone. Warm tortllas, fill & serve. Serving Size: Makes 4 fajitas
