Ingredients

    2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Libby's skinny fruit ,crushed pineapple ,no sugar added (by MERRYWOOD)
    3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .50 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
    3 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    96 tsp Sucralose, generic, granulated - Great Value 7/14 (by ALILDUCKLING)
    15.8 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular

Tips

Mash really ripe bannana. Can use any skinny fruits. I used Pineapple slices juice and all and blended it to make it like crushed because I didn't have crushed.


Directions

Add all ingredients to one bowl and mix well. Geese your pans, add your batter and bake in a 350 ° F Oven for about 35040 Minutes or until a toothpick or knife stuck in the middle of the cakes come out clean. Remove from oven, allow to cool about 10 minutes then flip out from pans and allow to cool before cutting or wrapping. Wrap in saran for best kept freshness.

Serving Size: Makes (3) Three 8" X 6" Loaf Pans that you can cut into 24 1" X 6" slices
