Ingredients

    3 cup Spinach, fresh
    12 tbsp *Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    12 oz Barilla Veggie Pasta - Zuccini and Spinach
    0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain hot water over spinach to wilt, add remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 servings
