    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Spinach, cooked
    2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    1.0 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    2.0 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving

Directions

Cut veggies, dump in pan cook, red curry and coconut milk. Seson to taste. Serving Size: Makes about 4 SERVINGS
