Ingredients

    1 serving memos Taco Sauce
    4 lbs Ground beef, lean
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value
    2 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp McCormick ground cumin
1 large can Great Value Refried Beans, 3 1/2 cups
28 Pueblo Lindo Flour Tortillas Soft Taco Size
2 cups "Great Value" Cheese, Fiesta Blend

Directions

Cook the ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.
Add the onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin and taco sauce to the meat and stir. Cook for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the onions are tender, stirring frequently.
Let cool for about 5 minutes and add the meat mixture to your food processor and pulse two to three times to break up the meat really fine. Add meat back to pan. Stir in refried beans until well incorporated. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir well to combine.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the meat mixture down center of a flour tortilla making sure to leave 1 inch bare on both ends. Fold in ends of tortilla and roll. Place on cookie sheet seam side down and repeat until all the mixture and tortillas are used.
Spray tops and side of each burrito with cooking spray. Bake for 7 minutes and turn over. Continue cooking for 7 more minutes until thoroughly heated and browned.
You could top with sour cream or salsa if you desire but remember to add in those calories if you do.
