    1 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1/3 cup Blueberries, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries - Wymans
    3 serving Jumbo Egg Mitlitsky
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g

Tips

Use a whisk to get lots of air into the bread. Consider using an extra egg if batter is to dry for you.


Directions

preheat oven to 400F Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 23 minutes
