Ingredients

1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
4 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

    .125 cup Dried Cherries
.5 oz Fisher Chef's Naturals Pecan Chips (chopped pecans) 1 oz = about .25 cup (by SHAYBREW)

Tips

This is a good base recipe. Sub the bananas for pumpkin puree, applesauce, sweet potato, peach puree, whatever sounds good. Vary the mix ins (dried cherries and pecans) to use what you have. Try shredded carrots and raisins, or carob chips and dates.

Directions

Mix together, scoop by tablespoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, bake at 375 until set and lightly browned, about 10 min.
