1 Package Smart Ground Original® or Smart Ground Taco & Burrito®
    ¾ Cup Onion, chopped
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Jar (26 ounces) Meatless Spaghetti Sauce
1 Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Can (14-1/2 ounces) Diced Tomatoes, with juice
1 Cup frozen Corn, thawed (we are using canned this time)

1 Can (4 ounces) Chopped Green Chilies
    1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
    ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
    Hot Cooked Spaghetti

Yum! Added some extra chili powder, cumin, garlic, and red pepper flakes b/c we like spicy. Also changed the can of diced tomato to a can of rotel. Will definitely make again! - 5/12/11

    Incredible!
Delish dinner that was a big hit with both vegan and meat eaters family members. Added roasted poblanos and use morningstar chorizo crumbles with a spicy salsa. - 12/28/18

    O.K.
This was just okay for me. Pretty bland. I followed the recipe almost exact but I used Boca crumbles instead of Smart Ground because my local supermarket didn't have Smart Ground. Maybe the Boca Crumbles made it tasteless? Maybe I will try it again but spruce it up next time. - 4/26/12
