    1.0 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    1.0 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice
    1.0 serving Apple - Red Delicious
    2.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    2.0 cup (not packed) Raisins
    1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    0.5 tsp Salt
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
