Ingredients

12 oz. Filtered Water
2 tsp fenugreek seed (optional)
2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root, diced
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp ground Cardamom
1 tsp ground Ceylon Cinnamon
1 Juice of one whole lemon, seeds removed
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
0.25 tsp ground Black Pepper
Dash of Himalayan sea salt
Tips
You can add one teaspoon of each of these herbs to simmer along with the ginger: Mint leaf, nettle leaf, whole rosemary, stevia leaf. Do not use ground herbs. Adjust to taste or add herbs of your choice.
Directions
1. Add water, fenugreek seed(optional), and diced fresh ginger root to small pot(glass referred). Bring ingredients to a boil, then lower heat to a low simmer. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Juice and seed lemon. Add lemon juice, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, vinegar, salt and pepper to a coffee MUG.
3. Once fenugreek and ginger have simmered for 20 minutes; strain into coffee mug with other ingredients. Stir in honey and mix well. Drink while warm. Follow with 8 ounces of water.
