Ingredients

    1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c mashed banana
    1/2 c unsweet applesauce
    1 whole egg
    2 lg egg whites
    1/4 c pecans

Directions

Gather & mix wet ingredients first, then dry. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes. Makes 16 servings/slices
