Ingredients

    3 serving Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots (8 carrots)
    1.5 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Tips

Adjust cayenne and cinnamon to taste. You can also experiment with other spices and herbs.


Directions

Melt butter in oven proof 1 qt casserole dish. Add all ingradients except carrots. Mix well and then add carrots stirring to coat. Bake at 425 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes. Stir and serve.
