    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt
    2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    .33 cup Olive Oil
    .5 cup Maple Syrup
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 tsp Sugar in the Raw (Turbinado Sugar)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

combine ingredients (dry and then wet separately) - bake for 13-15 minutes at 425
