Ingredients

    5 cup Water,
    1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw brokwn into florets
    8 Baby Carrots or 3 medium carrots
    .75 cup carnation evap. milk
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    4 clove Garlic
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, peeled and diced
    pepper
    dill

Tips

use fat free evap milk and low fat cheese to lower fat (fat fre cheese does not melt well)


Directions

put water in large pan. cook all veggie until tender, (reserve 2 cups florets if you want chunky soup) When tender puree in blender or with food processor, until smooth. (if reserved florets, steam them until tender) add milk, cheese, florets, pepper, dill and more salt if necessary.
