Introduction

Filling and nutrient packed smoothie that can be used as a meal replacement. Filling and nutrient packed smoothie that can be used as a meal replacement.

Ingredients

    1 cup, sliced Mangos
    1 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    3 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
    1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)

Directions

1. Wash ingredients thoroughly.
2. Cut and core avocado using spoon to scoop out flesh.
3. Cut, peel, and core mango in a similar fashion. Slice into smaller chunks. Or use frozen mango to omit the need for ice.
4. Combine all ingredients into blender and pulse till smooth or use blender setting.
5. Top with coconut or toppings of your choice.
6. Sweeten as desired; stevia is optional and other sweeteners may be used.
