Ingredients

1 Tbs olive oil
1 cup chopped Onions
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cloves Garlic
4 cup Kitchen Basics Seafood Cooking Stock - Less Sodium
4 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup medium salsa
12 medium shrimp, cooked
6 oz Langostino lobster tails [Costco]
6 oz Bumble Bee White Crabmeat
Tips
Salsa can be any spice level...whatever you are comfortable with.
Directions
Saute onions, peppers and carrots in oil. Add garlic. Mix in stock, V8, tomatoes and salsa. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Turn off heat and THEN add seafood. Let sit 5-10 minutes, until warmed through.
