Introduction

Been craving for mayonnaise eversince I started on a healthy eating lifestyle. So decided to whip a healthier version of my own. Been craving for mayonnaise eversince I started on a healthy eating lifestyle. So decided to whip a healthier version of my own.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    0.5 cup Walnut Oil
    4.0 large Egg Yolk
    1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice

Directions

Beat or blend the egg yokes til it thickens slightly. Then add all other ingredients except oil and continue to beat or blend. Lastly, slowly pour in the oil as you beat or blend the mixture at a low speed. Stop once mixture has emulsified and then store homemade mayonnaise in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup of mayonnaise
