Ingredients

    4 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    3 tsp Onion powder
    2 tsp Thyme, ground
    6 medium slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
    2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 medium Potato, diced
    1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    10 small red potatoes, diced

Tips

Total cook time, 9 hours.


Directions

Dice potatoes, onion, celery and carrot and place in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with seasonings. Sprinkle one half of the chopped bacon. Add vegetable stock and 8 cups water. Cook 8 hours over low heat. Pull out half of veggies and mash with vegetable masher or blender until chunky and small, then pour back into crockpot. Mix flour with small amount of soup and stir in half and half, pour back into pot and mix. Cook additional hour. Add mozzarella to soup before serving.
