Ingredients

    6 oz carbmaster nonfat milk
    3 small (1" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    10 grams Mixed Nuts, dry roasted
    60 grams Banana, fresh

Directions

Put everything into a blender, and mix for 30 seconds to 1 minute. (If your blender is not strong enough to cut the nuts, consider mashing them beforehand.) Serving Size: Makes 1 Shake
