Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
1 large Onions, raw
1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, black
28 oz. Can of Cut Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Basil fresh or 1 tsp. dry
1 tsp Oregano, ground
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup

Directions
Brown turkey, salt, pepper,onion, and garlic in a skillet until done.
Transfer to a large pot.
In the same skillet add the oil and heat. Add the carrots and celery and sauté until slightly tender. Transfer this to the pot.
Add the tomatos to the skillet to deglaze. Stir in the tomato paste and all other spices and stir. Add this mixture to the large pot. Add the broth to the pot.
Simmer on low for 30-40 min.
