Ingredients

    0.25 tbsp Parsley, dried
    5.0 dash Pepper, black
    3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.5 cup Corn Starch
    24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    2.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    62.0 oz Dakota's Pride Great Northern Beans
    14.5 oz Happy Harvest cut Green Beans
    4.0 tsp jalopeno pickled juice
    1.0 tsp cumin powder
    1.0 tsp dried minced onion
    1.0 tbsp dried sweet basil
    1.0 serving Pam cooking spray

Directions

Drain 4 cans (14.5 oz) great northern beans. Reserve 2 cups liquid. Strain and rinse 1 (14.5oz) can green beans. Dice up 1 red pepper. Mix and add bean mixture to 9x 13 pan. Diced chicken breast and cook in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add black pepper to taste. Once chicken is cooked, set aside. In sauce pan, heat 2 cups broth from beans, 2 cups green beans, 4 Tablespoons juice from pickled jalopeno jar. Slowly add corn starch and will until broth begins to thicken. Add seasonings. We added: dried parsley, cumin, minced onion,sweet basil and brown sugar. Mix. Add cooked chicken to thickened broth. Pour over bean mixture and stir. Bake at 395 for 30 minutes. Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 - 3/4 to 1 cup servings
