Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Bechtle Spaetzle - German Egg Noodles (measured dry) (by BEUGEL)
    2 serving Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese

Tips

Do not brown the onions. The cottage cheese will melt easily into the hot noodles, do not overcook.


Directions

Boil noodles per instructions. Saute onion until translucent in 2 TBS butter. Add cooked noodles to pan, stir in beaten eggs. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in cottage cheese, cover pan and allow to blend on low heat for a minute or 2. Remove from heat. Serve.
