Introduction

This is just a basic banana pudding recipe made with jello, and I substituted animal crackers for the vanilla wafers to save some calories. This makes 6 large servings but it could easily be divided it into 8 servings. For 8 servings it has 176 calories 1.6 grams of fat. Ingredients

    1 box banana cream sugar free fat free jello puddng (4 servings per box)
    1 box vanilla sugar free fat free jello pudding (4 servings per box)
    3.25 cups skim milk
    2.5 servings plain animal crackers (about 40 cookies)
    3 extra small banana's (less than 6" long)
    1 8oz container Free Cool whip
    .5 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Using 1.5 cups of milk, mix the banana pudding until thick.


Place 1/3 of the animal crackers along bottom of 2 quart dish, drizzle a few drops of milk on each cookie, add layer of sliced bananas, and cover with banana pudding.


Using 1.5 cups milk mix the vanilla pudding. Once thick add 1/2 of the cool whip and the 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, stir until combined.


Layer 1/3 of the animal crackers, drizzle a few drops of milk on each cookie, then add 2nd layer of sliced bananas, cover with 1/2 of the pudding/cool whip mixture, repeat with remaining cookies, sliced bananas, and pudding/cool whip mixture.


Top with remaining cool whip.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 servings.
