Introduction

Ingredients

    1 serving Cooked Medium size shrimp (8 shrimp)
    .5 stick Butter, unsalted
    5 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    8 cloves Garlic
    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    2 fl oz Lemon Juice (Optional)

Tips

Use wild caught shrimp.


Directions

Peel and devein shrimp.
Chop garlic.

Saute shrimp and chopped garlic in a skillet with butter. Add as much Sriracha as you like. Stir to coat shrimp with Sriracha. Place shrimp over a plate of rice. If desired, squeeze lemon juice over shrimp. Enjoy! \m/
