Ingredients

2 c frzn strawberries (add other berries or fruit to your liking)
1 banana
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt (frozen or not)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup ice
Directions
Put frozen berries and milk into smoothie maker or food processor blend until mostly smooth. Add banana, yogurt and ice. blend until totally smooth...makes about 4, 1 cup servings....YUM
