1 cup (not packed) Raisins
1 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
1 cup, whole Cranberries
1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
30 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt
4 tbsp chia seeds
