Ingredients

    1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh
    1 cup Bean sprouts
    2 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
    4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    2 large Hard Boiled Egg
    4 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
    0.25 cup Canola Oil
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    8 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

Directions

Mix ketchup,oil, sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, wine vinegar, onion dash of salt in blender to make dressing. Put spinach in bowl and add dressing to spinach. Then add bean sprouts bacon and chopped egg on top! You don't have to use all the dressing though. Can be used another time! Serving Size: Makes 8 cups
