Ingredients

    2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Slim Fast French Vanilla (powder only)
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

You can prep before hand and store in the fridge for the next morning.


Directions

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Whisk in eggs, add protein powder and cinnamon.
2. Heat a skillet on medium and spray with cooking oil.
3. pour the batter onto the skillet and cook until browned and then flip.
4. top with maple syrup if desired.
