Ingredients

    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

1. Chop up veggies ( spinach , onion, peppers and tomatoes). 2. Place an even amount of veggies in the muffin cups. 3. Scramble eggs and almond milk together. 4. Pour mixture evenly in the muffin cups. 5. Sprinkle a pinch of shredded cheese on each one. Bake for 10-15 min in a 350 degree oven. Serving Size: Makes 12 mad in a muffin pan
