Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.0 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    4.0 cup Kroger Clear Chicken Broth
    1.0 cup Frozen green peas
    2.0 carrot Carrots, cooked
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Dice carrots and place in a size appropriate pot with the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT rice and eggs. Bring to a boil, add rice, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Watch carefully so rice does not boil over and stir as needed to prevent sticking until all.the liquid is cooked out. If rice is not tender enough, add a little more broth or water and cook to desired tenderness. In a separate pan sprayed with cooking spray, scramble eggs. Add to cooked rice and serve immediately.
