    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.17 fl oz Instant Coffee
    0.25 cup mini chips Semisweet chocolate
    0.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.75 cup Great Value Black Beans
    0.5 cup Truvia Baking Blend

Directions

preheat oven 350 degrees F Lightly grease an 8 X 8 square baking pan. Combine black beans, eggs, oil, coco powder, salt, vanilla extract, sugar and instant coffee in blender; blend until smooth; pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolat chips over top. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and edges start to pull away form the sides of pan, about 30 minutes. Serving Size: 1/16
