Introduction
A delicious and healthy sugar-free Granola, no fructose no sucrose and only good fats. Use any combination of nuts to yield a cup of chopped nuts. Stevia is easy to find where I live, perhaps Splenda can be substituted for this ingredient. I used 1/2 cup Stevia. Use more or less to fit your taste. Ingredients

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice (or any spices)
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1/4 cup sliced Almonds
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
2 large Egg whites, whipped up really stiff!!
1/2 cup sugar substitute of your choice
2 cups Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 tsp Salt
Tips
Add any kind of spice to change this up. I had pumpkin pie spice on hand so that's what I used.
Directions
Place oats, spices, sugar substitute and chopped nuts and seeds in large bowl. Add liquid coconut oil and stir well. Beat egg whites till very stiff and add to bowl, mixing well to coat. Pour onto prepared baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, and spread out evenly. Bake at 350 deg for 30 min.
