Ingredients

    4 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    2 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium
    3 serving Friendly Farms Unsweetened All Natural Almond Milk Vanilla 8 oz = 1 serving
    4 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    4 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 1tsp Grapeseed Oil
    2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    8 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    2 serving carrot shreds
    0.66 cup Maple Syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking dish with coconut oil.

Dice apples, shred carrots (if necessary).
Add dry ingredients to large mixing bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in fruit.

Distribute mixture evenly into baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 45-60 min, or until oatmeal is set. Divide into 10 squares. Serve warm. Reheats and transports perfectly.
