Ingredients

Half bag (4.5 oz) Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3C erithritol
Directions
1. Heat Heavy Cream and erithritol in a medium sauce pan over low heat for appx. 20 minutes, until cream is reduced by half. Remove from heat
2. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Add any flavorings you may desire (orange, mint, vanilla, almond, etc)
3. Line an 8x8 baking dish with plastic wrap and pour in hot fudge. Smooth top and refrigerate until hard.
4. Use plastic wrap to pop fudge out of pan, then cut into 8 strips in each direction, making 64 pieces. Fudge will stack without sticking together in an airtight tupperware, store in fridge.
Eat a few of these squares with a handful of pecans for a great low-carb dessert or treat!
