Introduction

Wonderful dressing served warm or cold. Wonderful dressing served warm or cold.

Ingredients

    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 serving Bacon (fried) 1 slice
    16 tbsp Forelli White Wine Vinegar (by MECEDB63)
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 dash Pepper, black
    .5 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    4 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet)

Directions

Cut bacon into very small pieces. Fry until dark brown. Add the finely chopped onion and wilt. remove the ingredients onto a paper towel and drain all grease from pan. Now deglaze the pan with the vinegar and water, bring to a boil and turn down temperature for a light simmer. Add splenda. Add a little water to the corn starch to make a slurry. Blend into the vinegar and water. This should not be real thick. Return the bacon and onions to the sauce. If this is too tart for your liking you can add a little more water
