A quick no bake solution to those sweet cravings. A quick no bake solution to those sweet cravings.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    1/3 cup Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    6 tbsp chocolate chips

Tips

You can also add in 2/3 cup shredded coconut
OR
1/2 cup chopped almonds


Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator and shape into 1-inch balls.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 36 1-inch balls

    My daughter had me alter this recipe to use Nutella and she said that was just as good. Guess that it would be good with any nut butter. - 2/2/17
