Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 (1/2 cup) medium onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped pepper (red, yellow, or green)
10 oz frozen asparagus
2 cups egg beaters
2 cups 2% milk
1 cup whole grain flour
1/4 cup parmesan grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1 cup 2% cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
Heat oven to 425.
grease 9 x 13 pan
layer chicken, onion, peppers, and frozen asparagus in pan.
beat egg beaters, milk, four, and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and tarragon with whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
bake uncoveres 20 minutes (knife inserted should come out clean)
sprinkle cheese on and bake for 3-5 minutes (cheese should be melted)
