Introduction

A satisfying and delicious way to include veggies in your breakfast, or add crumbled bacon and call it brunch. I sometimes make a sandwich out of this, or melt a little cheese on top. Don't like kale? try using spinach. Quick, easy, and so good. Add seasonings or even hot sauce to taste, I've kept it basic for calorie counting purposes.
