Ingredients

    3 cup Oatmeal
    1 1/2 cup Banana, mashed
    2 Tbl Flaxseed Meal, ground
    1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 Tbl Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 oz Walnuts
    6 Tbl water
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Mix, divide, bake

350 degrees for 20 minutes for 12 muffins
350 degrees for 30 minutes for 6 lg muffins
