Ingredients

    4 Large (red) bell peppers
    16oz Turkey 93%
    8 Slices Turkey Bacon
    1 Medium Onion
    2 Cups 2% Cheese
    12 Pickle Chips
    Black pepper and seasoned salt to taste

Directions

Destem peppers, chop onion.
Using toothpicks, pin bacon around outside of peppers.
Bake peppers @ 400 for 15-20 min.
Cook turkey with onions (and any spices) until done.
Stuff Peppers with the turkey/onion, add cheese and finish baking for 10-15mins.
Serve with pickles and/or favorite condiments.
