2 and 1/4 cup froen peas, i used mushrooms 2 tbspn ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
2 bay leaves
1tsp curry powder
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 - 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lb 2 oz./500 g lean ground beef or lamb
2 and 1/4 cup froen peas, i used mushrooms

1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean)
6 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv
1 large Onions, raw
2 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Curry powder
0.5 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
3 tsp Badia minced garlic in olive oil (by ZERO2HERO)
2 tsp Cumin seed
2 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA)
0.5 tsp Chili powder
0.20 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
4 serving Himalayan Pink Salt - Trader Joe's 1/8 tsp (by FRESHAIRE1)
1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Melt ghee in large skillet. Add cumin seeds and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.
Stir in onion garlic and ginger paste, bay leaves and curry powder and continue to stir fry until fat seperates.
Stir in tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes Stir in coriander, chili powder, turmeric sugar salt ans pepper and stir around for 30 seconds.
Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes or until it's no longer pink, using wooden spoon to break up meast. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring ocassionally, for 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and congtinue simmering for 10 minutes .
Serving Size: makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings
