Ingredients

    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    6 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed
    1 cup Spinach, fresh

Tips

Use this as a base recipe and make it your own! Add in chocolate chips, top with strawberries, mix in nuts - whatever sounds good for you and your family.


Directions

Works best using a blender - Whisk eggs together for about 15 seconds on lowest setting then add in bananas until well blended. Add in vanilla extract and water. Then the spinach and flaxseed. Lastly, add in dry ingredients, mix until blended.

Spoon into waffle iron and cook about 3 minutes or until browned to your liking.
