Ingredients

14 oz. Barilla PLUS Elbow Macaroni
6 oz. frozen Sweet Potato Fries
2 cups Non-fat Milk
4 oz. Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Lowfat Ricotta Cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground Mustard
1 tsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. seasoned, dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
1) Boil (salted) water for macaroni and cook 6-7 minutes until tender, but firm.
2) Preheat oven to 375. Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
3) Put frozen fries on a plate and microwave 2-3 minutes until soft.
4) Add milk and fries to blender - blend until smooth.
5) Pour mixture into saucepan and cook on medium heat until simmering - stir often.
6) Remove from heat; add cheeses and spices.
7) Drain macaroni and mix with cheese sauce; pour into 13x9 pan.
8) In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Sprinkle over macaroni.
9) Bake for 18 minutes. Then broil for 2 additional minutes (watching carefully, so it doesn't burn) to brown crumb mixture.
