    4 serving (Costco) Kirkland Signature 88% lean/12% fat Ground Beef Patties (4 oz=serving) (by CAMELLIA12)
    .50 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini Peppers (3 peppers)
    .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    12 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    8 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup
    .25 tsp Sage, ground
    0.5 tsp 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (by SOFTTHUNDER)
    1 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    1.4 gram(s) Badia Onion Salt 1/4 Tsp (1.4g) (by WILD2003)
    1 clove Garlic

Tips

Add other seasonings to taste.


Directions

Mix ketchup, dijon mustard and brown sugar thoroughly and set aside. Dice onion and peppers. Mix bread crumbs, egg and milk, let sit for a couple of minutes, add vegies and seasonings and add meat. press into glass or tin loaf pan (bread size). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and add glaze to top, bake another 15 minutes. Broil glaze on low if not completely set after cooking time.
