Ingredients

12 oz Hillshire Farm - Deli Select, Ultra Thin, Honey Ham
.50 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
5 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh
1 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Tips
Mix whatever veggies you love. I used asparagus and tomatoes. Goes great with garlic powder
Directions
Scramble eggs in butter adding salt, pepper, and garlic powder. sautee vegetables (any kind of your choice) in another pan. Add to the egg mixture and add cheese.
Lay each piece of ham flat. Spoon mixture onto ham in a pile. Evenly for each piece. Roll and place on tin foil after spraying with non stick spray.
Broil for 5 minutes.
