Ingredients

    3 oz Raw cashews
    6 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates)
    3 tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

Use a chopper or food processor to finely chop up cashews, set aside. The use the chopper to chop up the dates, mix all of the ingredients together(I used my hands). Line a pan with foil and press mixture into the pan.

Serving Size: Makes 6 bars
