Ingredients

    2.0 oz Neufchatel Cheese
    1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    0.08 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, add milk to thin batter. Use 1/8c measuring cup for each pancake. Flip when bubbles form. Serve with your favorite toppings and syrups.
