Ingredients

    3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    .25 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) (by DARRYLE2)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    .5 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    1 cup, chopped Walnuts

Directions

Mix together & set aside: flour, sugar, salt & baking soda.

Mash up bananas until liquid-ish. Beat in eggs. Add oil & vanilla.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk*. When mixed, fold in
nuts. Bake at 325 for 1 hour & 20 minutes.

To make buttermilk, use 1/4 cup milk plus 1 Tblspn white vinegar andstir together until it looks lumpy/curdled.
