Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 serving Farmers 1% Milk 1 Cup (250 ml)
    0.50 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    4 tbsp Imperial Soft Margerine
    0.25 cup All Purpose Flour - Robin Hood (by BURDEN2012)
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika
    6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw

Directions

Wash and cut potatoes thinly. (I used a mandolin to cut mine).
Coat bottom of dish lightly with margarine.
Layer potatoes and onion white sauce in 2.5" x 1" x 7" dish. (I get 4 layers as I cut my potatoes very thin.)
Sprinkle top with a little paprika.

Cook at 375 F for one hour.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1" x 3.5" x 2.5 " servings.
